Vibrational Frequency List

In 1992, Bruce Tainio of Tainio Technology, an independent division of Eastern State University in Cheny, Washington, built the first frequency monitor in the world. Tainio has determined that the average frequency of the human body during the daytime is 62-68 Hz. A healthy body frequency is 62-72 Hz . When the frequency drops, the immune system is compromised. Check out these very interesting findings:

Human Body:
Genius Brain Frequency 80-82 MHz
Brain Frequency Range 72-90 MHz
Normal Brain Frequency 72 MHz
Human Body 62-78 MHz
Human Body: from Neck up 72-78 MHz
Human Body: from Neck down 60-68 MHz Thyroid and Parathyroid glands are 62-68 MHz
Thymus Gland is 65-68 MHz
Heart is 67-70 MHz
Lungs are 58-65 MHz
Liver is 55-60 MHz
Pancreas is 60-80 MHz

Colds and Flu start at: 57-60 MHz
Disease starts at: 58 MHz
Candida overgrowth starts at: 55 MHz
Receptive to Epstein Barr at: 52 MHz
Receptive to Cancer at: 42 MHz
Death begins at: 25 MHz

Foods
(fresh foods and herbs can be higher if grown organically and eaten freshly picked):
Fresh Foods 20-27 Hz
Fresh Herbs 20-27 Hz
Dried Foods 15-22 Hz
Dried Herbs 15-22 Hz
Processed/Canned Food 0 HZ...(the majority of food we eat)
According to Dr. Royal R. Rife, every disease has a frequency. He found that certain frequencies can prevent the development of disease and that others would destroy disease. Substances with higher frequency will destroy diseases of a lower frequency. The study of frequencies raises an important question, concerning the frequencies of substances we eat, breathe and absorb. Many pollutants lower healthy frequency. Processed/canned food has a frequency of zero. Fresh produce has up to 15 Hz, dried herbs from 12 to 22 Hz and fresh herbs from 20 to 27 Hz.

Essential oils start at 52 Hz and go as high as 320 Hz, which is the frequency of rose oil. Clinical research shows that therapeutic grade essential oils have the highest frequency of any natural substance known to man, creating an environment in which disease, bacteria, virus, fungus, etc., cannot live.

American inventor Nikola Tesla (1856 – 1943), a pioneer of electrical technology, said that if you could eliminate certain outside frequencies that interfered in our bodies, we would have greater resistance toward disease.

Every essential oil has a frequency and each of our organs and body parts have a frequency. The frequency of an oil will attract a like frequency in the body. Lower frequencies become a sponge for negative energy. The frequency is what stays in the body to maintain the longer lasting effects of the oil. Low frequencies make physical changes in the body. Middle frequencies make emotional changes in the body. High frequencies make spiritual changes in the body. Spiritual frequencies range from 92 to 360 Hz. (Bone frequency is 38-43; neck and down frequency is 62-68).

Dr. Robert O. Becker M.D, in his book, The Body Electric, who also explains that a person's health can be determined by the frequency of the person's body.

Another doctor and scientist, whose research has been buried for some time but has managed to resurface due to the work of avid supporters, is Dr Royal Raymond Rife M.D, who developed a frequency generator in the late 1920’s. In brief, Rife successfully treated 1,000 patients diagnosed with incurable cancer in the 1930’s. He was honoured with 14 awards and an honorary doctorate.

After the unsuccessful attempt by pharmaceutical companies to buy out his research and equipment, his office was ransacked, his research paperwork was stolen and the machine that healed all those 1,000 “incurable” cancer patients was destroyed.

In 1934, before this destruction occurred, the University of Southern California appointed a Special Medical Research Committee to bring terminal cancer patients from Pasadena County Hospital to Rife's San Diego Laboratory and clinic for treatment. The team included doctors and pathologists assigned to examine the patients - if still alive - in 90 days. After the 90 days of treatment, the Committee concluded that 86.5% of the patients had been completely cured. The treatment was then adjusted and the remaining 13.5% of the patients also responded within the next four weeks. The total recovery rate using Rife's technology was 100%. http://www.rife.org/

What Rife had developed was a 100% effective cure for many forms of cancer. So why do we not know about this and why are there so many cancer research foundations in existence? Put simply, it is due to the economic motives of the orthodox medical community, which relies on funding for cancer research - such funding often coming from pharmaceutical companies - and whose fortunes would be damaged if a cure for cancer was found. (That is, it’s OK to search for a cure but don’t really find one!) This is a story that illustrates yet another grand attempt by the mainstream medical community to control the lives - and deaths - of so many millions of people today.

“In every culture and in every medical tradition before ours, healing was accomplished by moving energy." - Albert Szent-Gyorgyi, Nobel Laureate in Medicine (1937) What Rife proved is that every health disorder has a frequency, which in turn responds (resonates) to a specific (optimal) frequency for its dissolving/healing in the body.

People who maintain their optimal frequency, at least of their immune system, would prevent development of symptoms and illnesses associated with the common cold. Of course, in practise this does not work for most of us because, being human, we experience stress and emotional challenges on a daily basis, which lower our body frequency. Hence, we need to raise our body frequency regularly/daily with the right substances that are compatible at the cellular/energic level of our being, rather than wait until our body frequency has dropped so low that it becomes a friendly host for microscopic invaders.

How can we prove this?
According to a report (Epidemiology, May 2001; 11:345-349) psychological stress - particularly the chronic type that may accompany a personality with a negative outlook - is a risk factor for contracting colds. An optimistic outlook and outgoing personality seemed to protect individuals, investigators found. The findings indicate that high levels of psychological stress are closely associated with contracting the common cold. While the common cold is rarely a serious health hazard, it is responsible for about 30 million days of lost work in the U.S. alone each year. To investigate whether stress increased the likelihood of developing a cold, the researchers surveyed more than 1,100 Spanish university staff and students at regular intervals over a one year period. The study focused on different types of stress, including stress from life events, perceived stress, having a generally negative outlook, anxious or compulsive personality, compared with having a positive outlook/attitude to life.

Individuals with a negative outlook were at greatest risk of developing colds - regardless of their intake of vitamin C and zinc or their smoking and drinking habits. The next highest-risk individuals were those who believed that they were under stress. These people were nearly three times as likely to develop a cold, according to the report.

Why Should I Avoid An Antibiotic?

Colds can be contracted as the result of contact with more than 200 different viruses. However, among all of the cold viruses, the rhinovirus and the coronavirus cause the majority of colds. Each time you have a cold, it is caused by a distinct virus (e.g. adenovirus, rhinovirus, parainfluenza virus, and coronavirus). Viruses are much smaller than bacteria. They are tiny clusters of genetic material surrounded by a protein ‘wrapper’. Medical science currently does not have any drugs that can kill these viruses. Antibiotics, including penicillin, do not have any effect on viruses. They are only used to treat secondary bacterial infections that can further complicate the effects of a cold.

How Do We Actually Contract the Cold?
The most common source of infection is not from coughing or sneezing, or walking barefoot in the rain, but from hand-to-hand contact. That is why, when you have a cold, washing your hands frequently is very important. The likelihood of contracting the cold virus increases, however, if one is overtired and physically exhausted. Most uncomplicated colds last eight to nine days; about 25% last two weeks; and 5 -10% last three weeks. As long as one’s temperature remains below 38.8 degrees Celsius, there is no need to lower it. Cold viruses do not reproduce at higher body temperatures. In fact, a slight fever should help us get rid of the virus quicker and feel better much sooner. It is our body’s own way of ridding itself of toxins. Why are Aspirin and Tylenol counterproductive?A study (J Infect Dis, Dec 1990; 162(6):1277-82) showed that people who take aspirin and Tylenol (acetaminophen) suppress their body's ability to produce antibodies that destroy the cold virus. This actually causes the body to take longer to fight the cold and it accounts for any secondary infections and post-nasal drip.

What Can We Do to Avoid Common Cold?
While orthodox medicine does not have the answer for colds and ‘flu, nature does - and it comes in the form of pure organic unadulterated Therapeutic Essential Oils. Why? Because they are made up of very high frequency molecules (ranging from 52MHz to 320MHz) and contain nature’s wisdom and power to raise the body’s frequency and to assist our immune system to fight viral invasions. For greater clarity, organic Therapeutic Essential Oils are not the same as everyday aromatherapy oils, which are produced for fragrant and other purposes.

  1. I am a neurofeedback therapist and have found that on the first day of a cold (early symptoms are sore throat and achy body) that if I uptrain beta (15-18hz) at F3 (10-20 electrode placement) left prefrontal lobe - the symptoms dissipate after 10-15 mins. In some peculiar way the immune system is kicked into action and energy is restored. I am thankful to have found your blog!

  11. Hi Susan and Scott,
Thanks for posting this information about vibrational frequencies. Now two years later, Taino's information is starting to mainstream, appearing in the book Zapped by Ann Louise Gittleman. The author was interviewed on the Coast to Coast radio show on Nov 10

  12. Hi Susan and Scott,
Good on you and great to find more people who believe the same as me. i am into my second year of no illness of any sort, and know that i never will have disease either - or at least hope so. this is the second part of my long journey - obviously i can't prove this overnight, but so far so good.
    Tom.

  14. Since when was 'spirit' or 'spirituality' measurable? Especially by means of frequency??

  15. Bruce measured the frequency of the body and proved that disease is a lack of energy. There is other scientist that proved that and his name is Gary Young.

Health is governed by the pH level of your body. pH is a way to measure the voltage of a solution. Acidic means positive polarized, or South. Alkaline means negative polarized or North. The body fluids need to be slightly alkaline to maintain optimal health.

Each toxic substance distorts the negative equilibrium that exists in the cellular level. The toxins depolarizes the cell and it becomes south polarized and it losses its ability to attract magnetic energy (the diamagnetism of the cell is increased).

But it's very true that a sick organism has less frequencies that a healthy one.

If you're interested in these theories, I have a collection of books that is around 200, in 4 different languages that explains more in deep all those mechanisms.

You can email me if you want to share more info.

  16. This makes so much sense. I am interested in all things that pertain to frequency. I think it is the healing method that will replace all of the allopathic/pharmaceutical modes of treatment. How do I follow your blog? Good information here. Thank you for your time and effort in researching all of this....Blessings

  17. Great article! I ran across it on a search for frequencies of food, as I work to keep my frequencies high for many various reasons, on this incredible and profound journey. I used to get major migraines, but through the use of the Tibetan singing bowl, I raised my vibrations to a very high level and reach spiritual enlightenment. It cured my migraines, which I learned were from my pineal and pituitary glands enlarging to accommodate more energy flow there (I awakened kundalini). Not only do higher frequencies prevent illnesses, it also raises our consciousness; it's pretty amazing! Unfortunately, I now live in a home where I'm not allowed to ring my singing bowl. I'm not too happy with that, but must deal with it until I move. I know the reason why the landlady doesn't like it, because her vibrations are low and it doesn't resonate with her well, but if she allowed me to use it, her vibrational frequency would get higher and it would be beneficial to her. In the meantime, I use isochronic tones periodically, but not as much as I should. I've noticed I've not gotten sick at all, since raising my frequency. I don't even have a problem with allergies either. Since reaching spiritual enlightenment, I also became an instant vegetarian, let go of caffeine, processed foods, smoking, and more. truly live for purity in all things (no more TV). I only eat fresh fruits and veggies, rice, and legumes. I don't eat anything that grows underground either, as they are also lower in vibrational frequency. Which brings me to why I found your article. I was hoping to find a listing denoting the frequencies of different foods, such as honey, peaches, bananas, et al. Thanks for this information! It's nice to find information that fits with what my consciousness has told me, a confirmation Now, I'm quite curious to read more of your blog! Keep up the great work! Bright Blessings! Namaste!

  18. I am a tad disappointed in the people on this forum.
Nobody challenged the statement that this man had invented the first "frequency monitor" --- IN THE 90s?! I do wonder, if that's the case, how so many electrical advancements have been made (which rely on knowing and controlling cycles/sec). Even a layman should wonder: how the heck did they know my PCs MHz frequency, which people often mistake for "speed", in the 80s?!

Furthermore, how come, when presented with so-called 'organ frequencies' nobody asked "the frequency of WHAT?!"! As in - what the h*ll are these numbers measuring AND what frequency exactly is being referenced here?

Is it Blood flow through the organ? Composition? or is it measuring Electrical impulses (nerves? muscles?)? or maybe Vibration? OR is he measuring the movement of electrons?

Also - how does this so-called 'frequency detector' isolate specific organs?! i.e. how do you know the "measured frequency of a stomach" isn't being affected or attenuated by the Gall bladder?

Stop being so damn gullible people.
The Western Medical system ain't perfect but it's the best thing humans have come up with in the history of this Planet. Although Eastern Philosophies had hundreds, even thousands of years "head start" they're track record is rather pathetic.

Western Medicine has slashed infant mortality such that we lose less than 1% of our newborns (so you understand, in parts of Africa it's still in the 15% range!), we live longer healthier lives. We b*tch and moan BUT the lifestyle and health of today's 50 year old is far more positive and productive than that of people even 20-30 years ago.
It's given life to Asthmatics, diabetics, epileptics and cured/eradicated TB, Polio, Smallpox, Mumps, Measles, Rubella, and many others.

There is less suffering, death and disease in the world today because of Western Medicine. It's demand for controlled, double blind studies as the tested and true method took emotion and correlation-based-conclusions out of the equation (and thus sped up advancement by putting a dent in the correlation-is-causation fallacy). It's demand for highly concentrated, highly standardized active ingredients means that all else being equal, my pills will function that same every day I take them, no matter what pharmacy I go to... Compare that with Naturopaths who might prescribe a root, not realizing the active ingredient is not found in that subspecies, in that area, at that time of year... or with a Homeopath, who will dilute the active ingredient so much that they are essentially prescribing WATER!

You can't argue with the evidence. Take a look at the world before and after Western medicine. Heck, look at the nations today, in 2011, where Western medicine hasn't penetrated and see how the people fare! How can you argue with that?!

  19. Wingless- thanks for your input, it is great to hear from all sides.
One of the important things to keep in mind is that all systems have their advantages and disadvantages...what works a miracle for one person, might not have any effect on another. Why? Because we are holistic human beings- made up of mind, body and spirit. Each having a unique view of how we approach life. A positive attitude can be a deciding factor in how effective a treatment is- whether herb, drug, homeopathic remedy, etc. Emotions, life force energy and mindset all play an integral role in our healing, and when we recognize this, our chances at healing increase.

Personally, I'll take western medicine when an emergency situation occurs that I need help with, but for most chronic concerns and even many acute health situations, I tend to opt for a more naturalist approach. My belief is that we give away too much of our power in regards to our personal health decisions, rather than taking full responsibility

We have gotten into the pattern of treating manifesting symptoms rather than investigating the root cause of what is creating those symptoms. For example, it is easier to take a pill, knowing that 20 minutes down the road the joint pain will be gone, rather than looking beyond the symptom to try to identify the reason the inflammation is occurring in the first place.

So in taking responsibility--this comes down to being pro-active and making healthy daily choices: to eat good, wholesome food, to engage in heath promoting activities, to educate ourselves about what we can do when our health needs a boost. Learning about the various treatment approaches and what their pros and cons are, keep educating ourselves.

Call me cynical but I don't see our western medicine through the same lens that you view it. Yes people may be living longer but the quality of life is often compromised. Young kids and teens are suffering from high blood pressure, obesity and diabetes at rates that were unheard of in this population before.

Our system deals with managed care-- better to keep those illness' managed rather than healed.

Just imagine what would up happen if suddenly there was a cure for cancer- talk about a financial meltdown- all the jobs that revolve around the cancer industry from those in the trenches to those on the peripheral edges would be out of work. Both for-profit and non-profits would be effected. There is so much money and politics intertwined in the healthcare field, it is hard to be sure if what is actually being done is in ones best interest.

There is no magic bullet, good health in an on-going journey of daily choices, often which includes combining the best from many traditions.

  20. Hello everyone.
This is interesting stuff, but I feel I should clarify a few facts. I'm Bruce Tainio's wife, Teena. I'm sorry to tell you that Bruce passed away on December 31st, 2009.
    1. We are not a division of Eastern Washington University, nor have we ever been. That's one of those internet rumors.
2.Average body frequencies are measured in the MHz range, not Hertz.
3.Some of the list of body frequencies might have been from Bruce's findings, but most, I assume, were done by Gary Young. You can find these published in some of his older addition books.
    4. The list of food frequencies were also published by Gary Young.
You won't find these in his newer addition publications.

We can't refute or confirm any of these, as we were not involved in the studies.

Bruce originally invented the BT3 frequency monitor to study the frequencies of plants, because he was a plant biologist and soil scientist. It was never intended, in the beginning, to be used for anything other than that, and he never intended to make a another frequency monitor available to anyone else. But Dr. Young knew about what Bruce was doing, and convinced him that he needed one to study the frequencies of his essential oils; and so after much convincing, Bruce built one for Dr. Young. After that, the word got out and he ended up building several more for certain professionals and researchers. Today, you can find all kinds of information, both truth and rumor, on this subject.
There is nothing magical about this meter, it is only different from other frequency meters because it is far more sensitive, hence it can pick up the frequencies of things like plants and foods. Its sensitivity, however, became its downfall too. As time went on, the earth became so inundated with electromagnetic frequencies from cell phone towers, power lines, electronics, etc. that the BT3 became very difficult to use because of all the interference - even in remote areas where you wouldn't expect there to be a problem. (It was a real eye opener to see how smothered we are by EMFs.) So eventually the BT3 was retired from service.

Bruce studied frequencies for many years and learned a lot from the BT3, and from pioneers like Royal Rife. Healthy plants had higher frequencies than sick plants. Plants with proper nutrition had higher frequencies than those with poor nutrition. It's not nearly as simple as that, but to explain it the way Bruce could have is beyond my scope of ability, and too complicated to be easily addressed in an online discussion.

    Cheers,

    Teena
