Don't forget about agave nectar! It's fairly reasonable in price and tastes great in tea or as a sugar substitute for baking.
ReplyDeleteNice website, with great advice!
Robin, I've switched from regular honey to raw honey...dropped my morning shots of java and replaced it with hot water, unfiltered apple cider vinegar and raw honey...then added raw coconut butter to my daily routine in a variety of ways ..have not experienced any aches, pains, headaches, etc in weeks. Susan
ReplyDeletegale, thanks for the reminder about the agave nectar, just used it this past weekend in making granola..Susan
ReplyDeleteHi Susan
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info about your natural healthy Java exchange.
By the way I only use raw honey. I've added organic coconut oil to my diet and use it for my dogs.
Keep posting these healthful ideas.
