Benefits of Using Raw Butter

Butter has gotten a bad rap over the past decades, mostly due to commerical interest rather than health interests. Butter is a rich source of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K. Now of course the best source is Raw Butter...I have always by instinct avoided the fake butters or butter substitutes before I even knew better... simply because something inside triggered an alarm. Glad I had the sense to pay attention.
