Fighting the Winter Blahs!

Here is one of my favorite aromatherapy formulas I use. It is so easy to do, and the scent is very uplifting. I call these Nasal Inhalers. You use a small clean glass bottle to place all your ingredients into. A dark colored bottle is prefered, but if you put a lable around the bottle, you can get away with clear glass. Fill your bottle with sea salt then add your Essential Oils (EO), shake well, then inhale deeply.

(I can't figure out how to line these pictures up across the page so they can be viewed side by side..oh well!...any suggestions?)

Do Not Use Bottles with Rubber Stopper...the essential oils will leave them a gooey mess after a while

This amber dram bottle is a good choice for a nasal inhaler. They come in green and blue as well. I prefer the Amber...the darker colors protect the product from light.

You can use a clear dram bottle, because you should always lable what you make. You think you will remember what you put into the product, but trust me...you will not! So the lable protects the product from light.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bottle ( 2 dram)
  • Sea Salt
  • Grapefruit EO- 6 drops
  • Beragmot EO- 6 drops
  • Lemon EO-6 drops
  • Sandlewood EO- 2 drops
  • Ginger EO -4 drops

Don't forget to shake well! Enjoy, it is so refreshing!
